FRIENDS: René’s S800 restoration, Part 2
You might remember i posted about my friend René’s S800 restoration project a while ago

Has been a while, but he asked me to update the documentation and here we go:
First rené run’s a Paintshop pretty famous within the swiss Ferrari- and high-end community:
he’s also currently completing a pretty rad 1st gen CRX AS Bare-metal Restoration:
But Back to the S800: All i know is from the pictures he posts on facebook, but it looks like the subframe, damaged front-end and bodywork are mostly done and it’s currently under the state of paintjob:
There’s some nudeness in every raw-metal unpainted car, isn’t there? 🙂
No doubt this will definitly be another stunner and i hope René posts some updates again soon 🙂 Thanks to René for sharing the pictures 😉

I think it’s a proffessional one they bought. when i built mine i searched the internet and found a few like this one from professional body-shop suppliers – just search the web 🙂

Sweet Job, keep us posted!!! What car is that on that on the left of the Ferrari? I guess another older Ferrari.
Would have been nice to be a Toyota 2000GT, now that is something that I would really like to see. 🙂

haha it’s definitly not a 2000GT. but i dunno what it is. But it’s for sure some rare classic 🙂

Yeah the company is pretty known for their high-quality paintjobs so they get in a lot of rare and expensive exotics. that would explain you might be right 😀

and yes, it`s an SWB. but it`s not worth 5-6 millions as far as i know …. but yes, pretty expensive 😉

Oh damn, you’re right, definitly time for an update. Also need to get some stuff done on my own cars 😀 Will call the bodyshop guy tomorrow 🙂
