EK9 Project

EK9: J’s racing lower arm bar installed

As mentioned two days ago i had the EK9 at my local garage for some work:
– Installing the J’s racing rear lower arm bar that has been laying around here for a while
– Installing the Sergeant billet Radiator piping with sensor attachement
– Creating a service-interval guide to get all the stamps of services in future 🙂
– Do the 80’000 km Service (Acutually 79’700 km’s)

1) Service was done well and service book created from a FN2 Civic Service booklet:

2) Then the J’s lower arm bar, first how it looked before (Without):

and after (With J’s racing lower arm bar installed):

didn’t feel a huge difference, but it looks good and i think i need to throw it hard around a few corners to feel the difference 🙂

3) Those sergeant hoses.. they weren’t able to install ’em. first because one hose didn’t fit with the genuine airbox, and second because the screw in the other hose (for the sensor attachement) wasnt a tight fit and coolant was leaking out. they told me it’s all fixable, but for the moment i decided to keep the genuine coolant hoses in there..

4) Next? I’m still waiting for some information on the CST suspension, and i plan to get the ECU-Mode (for exhaust emission testing) removed to run on stock ECU again soon.
