240Z: Front Suspension teardown
Well i maybe was a bit over-motivated when i thought i could tear down the front suspension and steering-stuff assembly within an hour but anyway, i got something done 🙂
Thats how the assembly looked in the beginning:
Bushings are really unusable and need replacement:
Removed a few scews and stuff and got the center frame thing out:
Sadly somehow i got stuck then and wasn’t able to contiune and ended up like this:
Does anyone know how i get this damn Tierod-endling thing out from the Suspension base?
Removed all t he scews so far but don’t have an ideo how to get them removed..?!

A pickle fork/tie-rod fork, a Sledhammer, and a mighty swing of the arm is all it takes. I rented one from the local auto parts store for free. They are cheap enough I should have just bought one.
