On we go..

Sorry for the lack of updates during the last week or so.. im sucking for them even more than you do 🙂

anyway, last saturday i went to visit member Steav vom the JNC forum who kindly offered me to help me weld the rotisserie together. and then i found out that he also had a Laurel C30 in progress of restoration so one more reason to head there.. 🙂

so here we go – first a few shots of his project – Datsun 1800 aka Laurel C30 – what a beauty. and even in better condition than my Z! crazy 🙂

and while i was checking the car my man Steav was welding the rotisserie for me – Really Aprecciate your work, man! well done 🙂

and if this would’nt be enough he also had a bunch of genuine swiss and totally Mint old datsun dealer catalogues, and gave me one for free. how cool is that?!!! 🙂

now if you’re wondering why you don’t see any pics of the completed rotisserie: Work took way longer than we both expected, and at the end the completed stuff din’t fit into my tiny little car, so i had to leave it there. i’ll head there soon again (need to organize a transporter or something..) and pick the parts up.. also a few things didn’t work as planned, so i have to get a smaller tube for the inner hinge-thingy and then have to give it a last few tweaks but im really hapy with the result and can’t thank you much enough steav 🙂 thanks mate and see ya soon 🙂
