FRIENDS: Sea-freight from Japan
I’m long out of business when it comes to parts import, but from time to time, I still help some friends get parts from Japan which is sometimes a bit tricky.
Today two pallettes arrived, which have been on the Sea for a while:

The first one is a brand new NISMO transmission for a very special Z project of my people over at S30.world

The second item was a rough, used Fairlady Roadster FRP Hardtop. But despite it’s looks, it’s an ultra-rare Original Nissan Roadster hardtop. Very hard to find and either costs a kidney or are in this condition.
A friend of mine will try to restore it, or if it’s beyond, use it as a base to create molds for replication. Either way, I’m super excited to see the results.

It might look rough at first glance, but overall I think it is very solid, with OEM quality design, and a good base for such a project.

And a little something for my own 240Z project: A set of bumper bolts. Those are used to attach the corners to the center-part of the bumpers, and might be useful when I come to that point.
I have plenty of stuff in the works and on the way here, as usual, so expect another update, soon 🙂
