FRIENDS: René’s S800 restoration, Part 3

Still no updates on my own cars, but i have some big news coming within the next weeks i hope. Made some phone calls and have some important work to do. You’ll see.. However René pointed out it’s time for another update on his amazing S800 Project.

This is what happened meanwhile:
The body was stripped and primered:

Then some Factory red came to the body:

Tons of small pieces got blasted and recoated in Black:

Some more parts are waiting for a plating of some kind (i think zinc plating but not sure yet):

And last but not least a vintage rollbar was fitted. Yummy 🙂
Still a lot of work to be done, but at least there is some serious progress compared to my projects 😛
