FRIENDS: René’s Honda S800
The progress on my car is a bit slow recently, so i thought it might be time to feature another “Friends project”. this time it’s René’s beautiful Honda S800 he lately purchased from another friend who’s actually a customer of mine and recently just ordered a set of S800 parts at famous Garage Iwasa in Japan through me. Rene is just finishing up his 1986 Honda CR-X AS Project before he starts to restore this beauty.. Luckily the old owner gave him a second front end as the original one seems pretty damaged.. NEWS: Blog reloaded

240Z: Engine cleaning Part 1
Thought it’s time to do some work on the ol’ lady again, but as there isn’t really much to do at the moment i decided to give the engine a quick cleanup 🙂 1) that’s how it started off, complete with 15 year old greasy dust and dirt.. 2) Removed the water-hoses first which where really crappy… that’s how it looked inside the adaptor piece – really nasty… 3) Then i removed the drain plug and got some old oil out the block: 4) decided to remove a few brackets and cables from the head – Before: and removed: 5) Now i felt it’s time to give it a cleanup:…

EK9: J’s racing lower arm bar installed

EK9: Hood Rod removed, suspension, upgrade tomorrow
Here we go. NEWS: Header shots up
Well, while im working on the backend adding some new functions to the blog and trying different settings and things, i thought it might be time again to add something you can see 🙂 So went out in the evening and made a few longshots of my garage while some cars were passing by to get some nice pictures for the Blog-header. I made the EJ9 picture already on saturday. So if you reload the page a few times you should see different pictures in the header now. Let me know if you like ’em! FRIENDS: Audi Quattro Group B Rallye replicas!
Holy shit! Sometimes you just stumble across some of the coolest machinery without having ever knowed that this has been in your neighbourhood for a few years or so! That’s exactly what happend to me today. Was on my way to fix a few things at my EK9 when i spotted this awesomeness in the building next to my garage: Didn’t trust my eyes, but these are some of the rarest Audi Ur-quattro group B replica cars.. the one in the garage was even the one and only wide-bodied & Engine transplanted street legal one in switzerland! If you read this you already check out my new blog. It’s almost done, just need to get the header photography done and photoshopped, as well as some small issues.. I’ve imported all the old blog articles and i’ve done a lot of things so far. what you see here is what soon will be a new project i’ve been thinking on for a while.
